By holding your wedding at the Bancroft Hotel you are assuring yourself and your guests of the highest quality of event services from your first contact with a catering coordinator to last dance of your night. You can rest assured that all your needs will be taken care of in the most professional manner. At Bancroft Catering we don’t just sell food, we sell peace of mind.

We create custom menus and catering proposals for each and every client, but we understand that planning a wedding can be a daunting task. To help you with planning your special day, we have prepared the following general guidelines of our service. Please contact a catering coordinator if you would like a catering proposal specific to your wedding.

  • Venue Rental Fee (Saturday peak season): $1750 Great Hall
  • Rental Fee Includes: Use of site for up to 5 hours, setup, cleanup, and use of the Bancroft Hotel’s tables, chairs, and dance floor. Additional hours for Great Hall – $250.00 per hour.
  • Catering: In-House/Exclusive Caterer
  • Capacity for a Seated Dinner: Up to 150
