Weddings are memorable…at the Ranch there will only be one wedding each day, to ensure that your special day will be perfect! You could not ask for a better ceremony site with Point Lobos, Carmel River Beach and the ocean as a backdrop to all your photos. Ceremonies can take place on a lush green lawn, with a dramatic entrance for the bride as she crosses over the picturesque bridge and pond, or on our more intimate brick patio. The wedding reception and meal service are held inside the historic barns, creating an out-of–the ordinary place to celebrate. Our experienced and professional staff will be on hand to help with every detail. The Ranch is also a unique place for a Rehearsal Dinner…idyllic, truly distinctive and a great prelude to any wedding.


  • Venue Rental Fee (Saturday peak season): $3500 Patio Barn for up to 96 guests served or up to 80 guests buffet / $4000 Large Barn and Patio Barn for up to 168 guests served or up to 150 buffet
  • Rental Fee Includes: 5-hour period of time, there will be no extensions of time. White linens and napkins. Any and all décor and flowers must be provided by Kathryn Smith.
  • Catering: In-House/Exclusive Caterer
  • Capacity for a Seated Dinner: Up to 168
