Wine Country Weddings

The CIA Greystone’s historic landmark building, with its grand cathedral ceilings, massive hand-cut stone walls and vineyard views, makes Greystone a magnificent venue for your event.

Our culinary team will custom design a menu unique to your event with the culinary finesse that only the CIA can offer. After creating a menu in collaboration with our Special Events Executive Chef, we will select wines to perfectly complement the flavors in your meal.

Herb Terrace: Vineyard views and terrace of herbs and flowers leading to ivy-covered stone walls set the scene for your outdoor ceremony. Also a stunning location for an hors d’oeuvre reception.

Atrium Reception: The Atrium, just inside Greystone’s original oak front doors, rises 90 feet to the third floor, providing a singularly dramatic setting for the hors d’oeuvre reception. The world’s most famous corkscrew collection, amassed over several decades by Brother Timothy, Winemaker Emeritus for Christian Brothers, is on permanent display in the Berns Reception Area provide a beautiful ambiance for your pre-dinner reception.

Vintner’s Hall of Fame: Barrel Room is one of the wine country’s grandest spaces. The Barrel Room features 2,000-gallon wooden casks. This creates a truly dramatic indoor venue. The Barrel Room is a beautiful dining room with space for dancing and entertainment.

We require a minimum of 150 guests for a Saturday event.

  • Venue Rental Fee (Saturday peak season): $8000 for Reception and Dinner / $4,000.00 for Ceremony on the Herb Terrace or in the Barrel Room

  • Rental Fee Includes: valet parking, onsite Wedding Coordinator, 60” or 72” tables, chairs, premium linens, hemstitch napkins in White, Ivory or Black, printed menus, Villeroy & Boch china, Eish or Riedel glassware, stainless flatware and a six hour time frame with a curfew of 1am. Catering prices are per person and subject to change. Catering prices do not include 20% service charge and 7.75% California State sales tax. Facility prices do not include 7.75% California State sales tax. Price of each Ceremony package includes ceremony rehearsal the day prior to the wedding event. Price includes a non-alcoholic welcome beverage station, carpet runner, natural wood folding chairs, décor options, and audio equipment for Officiant and groom during the ceremony. The maximum number of guests for a ceremony in the Barrel Room is 200.
