The property offers an enchanting atmosphere designed especially to promote relaxed conversation, and a culinary experience your guests will enjoy unlike any other “wedding” meal they’ve had before. The exceptional service of The Perry House’s professional and courteous staff will wow even your toughest critic, and for your history buffs, the property is even on Monterey’s “Path of History” tour; and to top it off, the views are spectacular by day or night! From the gardens to the bay views, The Perry House is waiting to be enjoyed by all who enter!

We are an all-inclusive facility, meaning you do not have to worry about getting separate pricing information for facility, catering, rentals, staff, etc. Our pricing comprises of the facility rental, 5-star catering and event staff, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, linens, and heaters. Alcohol is priced separately. Prices do vary dependent on guest count, day of week, time of year and menu selections. With all these possible variables, to make sure you are getting the exact numbers to use when you compare with other venues, we highly recommend you visit the facility in person with one of our Event Managers to discuss the options that are available for your desired date and style of service.


  • Venue Rental Fee (Saturday peak season): $5320 for Reception only on prime Saturdays; $6320 for Garden Ceremony & Reception (special prices offered for non-prime days and months)
  • Rental Fee Includes: 8 Hours use of the entire facility; State of the art sound system; Streaming TVs; VIP/Bride’s Room; tables; chairs, including mahogany chivaris; heaters; dance floor; hurricane candle centerpiece; white lights; two bar areas; perry house attendant; security guard; handicap accessible; VIP parking space; convenient parking lot; Ceremony includes 1 additional hour, 1 hour rehearsal time, set-up and breakdown of natural wood folding chairs for the ceremony, use of the VIP/Bride’s room 2 hours prior to the ceremony time, pre-ceremony fruit & cheese platter for the bridal party.
